MIGUEL de CERVANTES - DON QUIXOTE

'Don Quixote' is one of the first great European novels, and the enchanting story of the eccentric Spaniard and his squire Sancho Panza appeals to all ages.

Having delusions of grandeur, and in middle age, Don Quixote decides he wants to be a knight - with hilarious results.

This novel has bags of charm, not least the two 'heroes' love of their four legged companions Rosinante and Dapple, and, of course, Don Quixote tilting at a few windmills.
