The Professionals

Macho, action-packed ITV crime series, often parodied, with Martin Shaw as Ray Doyle, and Lewis Collins as William Bodie, with the cool Gordon Jackson as their boss George Cowley at the fictional CI5 (Criminal Intelligence 5).

Created by Brian Clemens, 'The Professionals' ran on ITV from 1977 to 1983. The memorable theme music was composed by Laurie Johnson.
