Christopher Walken (1943- )
Born in Queens, New York City, on March 31st, 1943, Christopher Walken is one of the most charismatic film actors to emerge since the 1960s. Early in his career, Walken appeared in cult American TV cop shows 'Hawaii Five-O' and 'Kojak', before gaining significant roles in movies. For one of his most famous early parts, in 'The Deer Hunter (1978)', Christopher Walken won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor for his role as Nick. Walken was nominated again for Best Supporting Actor as Frank Abagnale in 'Catch Me If You Can (2002)', but his most famous role is probably that of Gabriel in 'The Prophecy' trilogy.
