Originally formed in late 1982 as an experimental duo consisting of Gary Levermore and Chris Brownett, BUSHIDO have gone through many musical changes.

Gary joined -- in March '83 -- KONSTRUKTIVITS, while Chris was drumming with new wavers, RING OF STEEL.

Consequently, BUSHIDO remained dormant for a while, apart from a trip into the studio to record a track for "The Elephant Table Album".

In June last year, Gary left KONSTRUKTIVITS to reform the group.

Ex-schoolmate musician, Ian Williams (keyboard player with BEAUTIFUL PEA GREEN BOAT) and classically trained piano, violin and guitar player, Chris Elliott, joined forces with Gary to Record their debut LP "The Sands of Nakajima". Chris Brownett rejoined the group the day after the LP had been completed for a 12", "Among the Ruins".

Working mainly as a four-piece, BUSHIDO are augmented, occasionally, by Chryss of ATTRITION and Glenn Wallis of KONSTRUKTIVITS.

Another 12" should be released in March and another LP in June.

BUSHIDO ARE:
