| James Blunt |
| James bared his teeth at his critics
at the 2006 Brits, in both answering the 'girlie voice'
jibes, and wittily sending up a soldier's image to a lot
of rock stars, in an interview with Chris Evans. He should worry. His 'You're Beautiful' is the
first single by a British artist to top the US singles
chart since 1997, and it's also one of the most played
songs of the century so far. It was a number one all over
the world, including in the UK, Canada, Spain, Argentina,
Ireland, Sweden, Holland, Belgium, and even China.
Blunt's 'Back To Bedlam' debut album achieved the top
spot in the UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, and
he continues Britain's fine tradition of talented singer/songwriters.
