Black/Out... Dans le Ventre de la Ville (Garage - dis. EMI/PM 464)

Original dance music, with edge. The quick guitar bursts and big backbeat in places are even reminiscent of Bad Brains. Also melodic at times, especially, "Dimanche" and "Paris - Innocence". Rawer material surfaces with "Aanniimmaall". Here are also snatches of experimental sounds, radio broadcasts, speeches, etc. A creative and stimulating tape. Distributed by EMI/Pathe-Marconi. Yeah, I know, but to fight against the majors maybe needs a compromise. A paradox, perhaps.
